I might have a strange question on web design. If you have an agreement to create a website for a client there needs to be an agreement signed before work is started on the project. Covering your backend on all of the legal issues that may arise. Does anyone have a sample document or agreement that is used for your client to sign?

I found a great source for contract and agreement templates that I use for my business.

Not only the contracts, but also documents to monitor work flow and procedures. All are in MS Word and are fully customizable.
They are not free, but reasonable and well worth it.
