Left Scrollbar?

Hey I was just wondering if there is a way to move the scrollbar to the left side when using frames. my page would look so much nicer if there wasn't a scrollbar in the middle of my page.

Yes I have seen it done before. I didnt take enough interest to look at the code, but Im sure its not too difficult. Its probably in that same string of code people use to color their scroll bars. Ill keep my eyes peeled for you
