Hi Every 1
i want to do a User Manual for a survey form.is there any specific way i should do .if so how ??i am pretty confused where to do it ..how to attach it.to the site.well it has to be very user friendly so it has to contain screen shots..any body please help ..

create a pdf document (with all the screen shots etc.) and put a link on your survey form page to this document.
