how to start?

ok for some reason i cant search for 'what is css'
the search wont let me look for words smaller than 4 letters.

but how do i get started.
what programs do you use to make css.
just general noob info.

Any regular html editor such as notepad.

www.w3schools.com is a good site to learn css.

I found this little tool, it is pretty nice because you can restrict your css according to browser version. Certainly worth a look. The free version of top style is what I use.
