use of meta tags?

Hi, Can anyone tell me what's considered standard practice as far as the use of "keywords" and "description" Meta tags are concerned ? i.e. is it normal to include them on every one of your web pages or perhaps some or just on the home page?

That depends. Normally, you would only need them on the index or default. These tags are used by search engines, so really only the default page is needed. Once the 'spider' hits your default, it will crawl the rest of your pages anyway. :D
