I have a problem with my "Titles".

http://www.phidd.co.uk

I seem to have a problem with the titles that appears in the browser window.

My site is divided in to 5 sections. Each section as a different title, "PORTFOLIO, GRAPHICS, WEB, FLASH and PERSONAL&CONTACT".

When I preview the site through Dreamweaver the titles are fine. When I look at it on the on the web the title says "Phidd.com Portfolio" on every single page.

"Phidd.com Portfolio" is a title from a website I uploaded sometime ago and was a mistake, but since then I have re-designed, made new sites and uploaded them several times and still get the same result on every site I upload.

I've checked the code in the local files and "phidd.com Portfolio" appears no-where on any page. When I go in to "View" "Source" in the browser window "Phidd.com Portfolio" appears in the title tag.

I have uploaded the same site on to another web host I have and every page title is 100% perfect ("PORTFOLIO, GRAPHICS, WEB, FLASH and PERSONAL&CONTACT") to the way they should be.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of this bogus title?
Any help will be most appreciated!

You apparently have Dreamweaver set up to put <title>Phidd.com Portfolio</title> as your title tag by default.
I don't use it so I can't tell you how to correct this but you should still have the option of changing the code manually, right?
I would suggest looking in Dreamweavers help files for the title tag and see where that leads you.

Firstly I must say thankyou for the reply. I finally sorted out the problem after several weeks of pulling my hair out from total confusion.

The problem was caused via the set up of my domain.

Thanks again for your reply it was appreciated.
