is there a program that will visit all the links on a site (internal and external) and maybe even the next level or two. It could be a lot of links I know, but my history is remotely monitored, and I want to spam the hell out of it.

You could write a program with a server-side language, but that would be probably more time than it's worth -- and I know I personally wouldn't do it. :D You're a mischevious young man, aren't you? :p
