DSNLESS Connection

Hey there, I am oldie with ASP but a newie with PHP... I am wondering if you can create a DSNLESS connection with PHP to connect to an Access DB?

My ISP charges a fee to setup a DSN and I want to have DB connectivity for my portfolio but I don't want to pay any prices for DSN setup or databases etc (nor coding which is why I am coding in PHP and not ASP this time). I have zero mySQL experience but stacks of SQL and MS access experience.

Any advice? Is it possible?

Unforunatly, I don't know anything about Access DBs...I always use mySQL. Anyway, you can probably get an answer from someone over at http://www.phpbuilder.com/board
