a subdomain
FULL CGI access(with sendmail)
More than 1GB Bandwidth

i do know a really cheap host that has a whole lot of stuff!! i happen to have two domains with them myself-

it would be a shame to pass them up.. the service is really really good too.

but i dont know any free ones that offer those things.
