Frame Refresh Problem

Hi there,

I was wondering if this is possible in any language, but as i am using cgi for this site i figured i'd post it here.

But the problem i have is there is one frame which i do not want refreshed, even if the user clicks the refresh or reload button on their browser.
Is there anyway of doing this?

No, there isn't and there shouldn't be a way to stop someone from refreshing a Web page; why do you want to cripple the visitor's UI?
