start htm in IE

I am making a CD rom with htm documents.
How can I manage to opens htm exclusively in Internet Explorer?

That is a system setting. If you want to set your PC to use IE, select Tools|Internet Options|Programs. Put a check in the box at the bottom that says "Internet Explorer should always check to see whether it is the default browser." Clik "Apply" and close the browser. The next time you run IE, it will ask you if you want IE to be your default browser and you can answer "yes".

You cannot force someone else's machine to use IE by default, only your own.
