getting textbox values when multiple checkbox checked

Hi all,

I have a table consist 'n' no of rows in a form. In each row i have two text boxes and a checkbox. After checked some of the checkbox in that table the textbox value(in the row where the checkboxes checked)should be send to the next page. Pls help me regards this.
