Disabling!

Do someone know how I can disable refresh, right click, alt key, ctrl key, and the shift key and the navigation keys in IE and NS browser. Thank You :D

Sorry if my question was a little bit unusual but I really have to disable all of those because I am creating an online examination by showing a popup window where all of those controls are disabled so that the user cannot navigate through the page. Thank you.. :D
