ive been trying to make a website with a loading movie with flash like the one on this website

i downloaded the flash mx maker and ive kinda got the 'making of the movie' down, but when it comes to putting it on the webpage, and making it appear everytime you click a link and whenever a page is loading im so lost.i guess really all i want is for my movie, to load everytime the page loads a page after a link is clicked, like on that website.

ive always used html and some javascript and this is my first time ever trying to use flash. if anyone could point me in the right direction or help me in any way id be forever thankful.

Flash MX allows you to publish to HTML. That should give you the code that you need to embed the .swf on your page. To publish to HTML in Flash MX: File>Publish

ok, i see that and i hit it and click everything that i want in it, but the code that i have to put on my website. it doesnt give me any of that. and how do i made it show my movie only when its loading. im really just trying to make a loading movie that shows everytime somethings loading, and then when the page loads it goes away and everything, it wont do that. im sorry thats probably confusing.
