Okay, I made a Web site for a church organization that covers a large area where I come from. I've been looking at sites that are similar to see if Webmasters put their names on sites like this - since I'm not a "company" - and I'm seeing some that do and some that don't. Some just put "Contact webmaster" or some such thing and some flat out put their whole name on the site with their contact info - and some put nothing (that option is out for me). Right now I just have "Problems with the Web site? Questions? Contact the Webmaster"...

What I'm asking is, what are your opinions as to what should go there? I know there probably is no "rule of thumb", but I would sure like opinions. The contact information for the organiztion is going to be totally different, so I have to have the webmaster contact info separately and I want it to look professionally done, not like some kid saying "LOOKIE WHAT I DID!" you know?

Thanks!

You should promote yourself! I do it by addin a little, linked icon at the bottom left of each page (with premission from the site owner) that says 'site designed by bellybytes.com'.
(Actually I use my own site name:) ).

Ohhhh...nedals, I LIKE that idea!! I never thought of that - that's good! *GULP* Looks like I've a ways to go in learning little promo techniques, don't I! :) I don't think the organization will care at all, either - they're leaving me in total charge of the site.

Thanks heaps! :D

PS:

Heck, if you want to use mine, go right ahead!!!! (Just teasing!!)
