Tables with image buttons

I am about to give up on this ****...

The problem I am having is that I can not get the table to expand equaly so that when viewd on 17" monitor or bigger the table does not space out leaving gaps between the table cells:

I am not a webmaster and I am working in Dreamweaver 4.0 Ultra Dev.

Can some one just look at my code.....change it so all I have to do is just copy and paste into my file. I do not fully understand all this stuff....

First the issue if not that the table cells or the fact that they will not center.
