What more can I do to get pages indexed?

Would one of you experts take pity on me and look at my site? I have a bunch of pages that are text-rich and keyword-focussed, but the spider still hasn't crawled those. I added them back in April. Each of those pages is linked to by this page, which is already indexed:

These pages that I'm waiting to be indexed will help searchers find my book, which was just published last week. I'll be listing with amazon, but my buyers will largely find it by typing in their dieting troubles, finding my site, and then clicking on an affiliate link (or by ordering direct form the publisher). Keywords are diet, low-fat, high-carb, binge eating, night eating, emotional eating, stress eating, compulsive exercise, compulsive overeating, diet addiction, portion control.

It is my intent to mainly sell my book by means of Search Engine Marketing. My question is, what more can I do while I'm waiting for the spider to crawl those pages? Thanks. I'm a writer. I only fake being technical.

Hi lindamoran,

It seems your pages have already been indexed (by google anyway). If you install the google toolbar available at http://toolbar.google.com then go to your website. Any page you can view the "Cached Snapshot" of (look in the Page Info button of your newly installed toolbar) has been indexed by google.

It does however seem they won't have very high rankings on Google (look at their PageRank) so it is pretty unlikely you will be shown as a top entry for your keywords.

As stated in previous posts, Google pushes you higher up their index if you have a higher PageRank. The more links other sites have to your pages the higher your PageRank will be.

I checked out the cached snapshot--thanks for pointing that out--but it shows that the pages I'm referring to are not indexed. I may not have been clear. The link in my above post is to a page that is indexed. But all the links WITHIN that page lead to pages that are not indexed yet. For example,

My "compulsive exercise" page is one of many pages that I added to my site in April, but I thought they'd be indexed by now, since many other pages on my site are indexed. I have, in addition, done the work of putting plenty of links all over my site to those pages.

Page ranking is a separate issue, one which requires a link campaign which I'm working on. But my main concern right now is to get those "diet problem" pages indexed.

Any more guidance on how to get them indexed quicker?

Hi Linda, just saw this post after I posted on your other thread.

The easiest way to get all the pages in the website indexed is to add an additional page - a site map with links to all the pages.

The robots stuff mentioned in the other post would help as well.
