Netscape Question

I used IE and Netscape 7.2 for my web designing. My boss uses IE and Netscape 6. His Netscape doesn't have tabs. He said it might have been something with 7., but I thought I used the tab function in an earlier version of Netscape. Is this possible, or am I delusional??? Can he turn on his tabs??

I cannot remember when tabbed browsing was added to Netscape but I don't think it was until Netscape 7.x.

I mainly use Mozilla and they've been there since Mozilla 1.0 was released and Netscape 7.02 has only just got around to being based on Mozilla 1.0.2 engines.

Tabs have been around for a very long time now in Mozilla. However it's probably not available in NS 6 (they usually disable buggy/broken features until they become mature enough to be usable for average Joe).
