Embedded Fonts

Is there a cheap and easy way to embed a font. The font is called "TINKERTOY" and I really like the look for a new company site I am working on...

I did that, but now the font is only showing up in Netscape and I keep getting an error message when I try to create the embedded font in WEFT... agghhhhhhhhhh!
