The last couple of days when I start my PC, I have been getting the following error:initrecetion.exe file is linked to missing export trutility.dll
tornado_run_services controll@etnr,access @@2kb
It asks me to say OK, and then I can continue. Any clue as to what program this is coming from or what I need to do to get rid of it? tc

I assume/hope you're running windows. On the start menu choose 'run', and then type in 'msconfig' without the quote marks. Click the 'Startup' tab at the top and see if the file occurs in the list - or something similar. If it does, remove the tick from alongside it, press apply and resart your computer.
If this doesn't work, choose 'run' again, and type 'regedit'. We are getting seriously complicated here, so take it to pc world and get a health check if you don't think you can do it. Under one of the folders with a name like 'run' or 'runonce' you should find that file, and delete it. If it won't delete, restart your machine and press control while it's loading. this should bring up a boot menu, with stuff like normal or safe mode on it. choose safe mode and repeat the previous steps.
This advice comes with no guarantees of sucess, but i hope it works for you...
