hey im putting together a personal web site
and would like to have news and sports headlines
on my page that update everyday.
If you go to msn they'll have a sports headline
and when you click on it, it takes you to espn
and to that artilce.
Does anyone know of anthing like this.
Thanks

and for those of you that have personal web pages, can i do this
I want to have a music page where i talk about a new song that
i learned on the guitar. i would then put a link to the page
where i found the tab for this song.

How do things like this work. am i able to link to anyones web page
or do you need permission and such.

Again i have never worked on a personal web page and would like to link to many things but dont want to break any rules if any such
rules apply.

The same with using images and manupliting them to meet my needs.
Is this some type of copy right thing or not.

Any thing you have to say on this topic would be very much helpful

Thaks.

Where can i find rules about how to link to other pages
what info i can display on my web page,
Can i use graphics(icons, images, etc) that i find on
the web or do i have to create my own.

Anyting along these lines would be helpfull. First, I suggest choosing a better team (like my Braves) to like. j/k, your Cardinals looked well today in Game 1.

Web ethics might be a better way.
I am just curious if you can put links to anything you want.
Let say for example, I cut and copy a headline from espn onto my
page and i set the link of the headline to point to the article.

Let me give a shot out to the St. Louis Cardinals for
a postseason-record five homers in an 8-3 win over the Dogers
T Womack, L Walker, A Pujols, S Rolen, E Renteria, J Edmonds, R Sanders, M Matheny, W williams, R cedeno, K calero, R King, M Anderson, J Isringhausen

ill check that out.
That is exaclty what i mean.
I guess im just curious about what type of content i can link to,
and if i can use an image on espn and then have that image link
back to an article.
I dont want to put some stuff on my page to have someone email me
and be like you cant use that or that, and you must take them off
now.
or Im going to sue you for stealing my copyrighted stuff.

I dont know, something stupid like that, is what i would like to
avoid.
