hello i was just wondering what would be the best for a clan website...
php,asp ect. there are so many things out there...

and i was wondering how u get the sizes so perfect on website for different resolutions....if u could help me in that department that would be awesome too

Are you asking for what serverside language you should learn?
That depends on many things, eg what langages are avalable at your host.

By using plain normal HTML + CSS.
I'm agreed with steffan, it really depends on what your server/ISP provides service wise.
I'm just learning php as far as scripting goes it seems a little more straight foward than ASP.
However if you are used to microsoft products, like access or already have an access db set up with loads of information it would probably be quicker (at first) to use ASP/access.

Maybe a CMS like PHP-Nuke, PostNuke, Geeklog, Xoops, Xaraya, etc. would do the trick?

i just need some that would be easy to update and not that hard to set up...plus it looks decent....
ive looked into phpnuke but i dont know much about php...this is the first time ever messing around with it....
if someone help me with figuring out phpnuke and how to work it that would be very cool
