Hi!
Yes, that's correct. I'm wishing, hoping, and praying that some kind individual can help me in my endeavor to put dynamic buttons from www.buttongenerator.com on my site. I have been messing around for weeks trying to do this, but with an apparently low IQ level and lack of knowledge, well, lets just say I have failed terribly.
I contacted www.buttongenerator.com. Their responce was so breif and obvious, thus nothelping in the slightest.
First off, I'm using geocities to build my site. I have a lot of things already built, so the next step is to get these buttons working.
When using geocities, there is a place for your html code in the advanced page settings area. One for the head, one for the body tag, and one for the body. You have to download the file with all the instructions and buttons from www.buttongenerator.com to winzip. After which, I'm lost. It appears so easy but every try ends in failure.
I upload the buttons one by one, add the script, and presto, I get little invisible button type things that not only don't work, they show up underneath the other elements on my page. I have no idea how to bring them to the top.
If you are at all willing to help me, perhaps you can go to their page (www.buttongenerator.com) and then kindly, so very kindly, lend some advice in how to go about doing this correctly. It takes about three seconds to make up an example on their page.
And please let me know of any additional information you might need.
