send CTRL-P to the browser ?

Hi, I have difficulties with some browsers in my companies that do not accept "window.print()" or "document.execCommand('print', false, null);"...

I dont-'t know why but the window refuse to print !

Then I wonder if I pass the value of the CONTROL-P key to the browser, if will work because it the case if I do it manually.

Somebody can show me how to do ?
