Learning Languages

How about links to good places to learn these languages at the top of each forum? I went to the CSS forum to ask about learning it, but just as I was about to post i spotted another post asking similar questions, so I was saved asking it. But if there had been another few entries in the list it would have been off the bottom of the page and i would have missed it. Something like a FAQ but more basic.

Possibly a button to refer people to libraries of scripts would be useful - e.g. http://javascript.internet.com/ or something like that in the javascript section.
