maps?

Hi,

I'm new to this board.

I was just wondering if anyone knew of sites to download maps from (I'm based in the UK). I need a really simple map with very little features on for a branch locator page.

Hopefully the end result will look something like the following;

the map is on the left, you click a region and then a zoom of the region appears on the right and there is very little detail obscuring the map.

I've only just started to get to grips with php this week, when you click on the point on the enlarged map I need the address displayed. (I all ready have coded simple location system where a list is populated from a database and on selecting the branch the address is pulled from the database)

Any help or advice would be much appreciated,

thanks for the help dave,

I'd browsed on to this site already but I totally missed the fact that they had 'outlines' on it. I'll have to take a closer look at the map I've downloaded but hopefully it should suit my needs.
