I'm a fan of those colours- very well done, they match perfectly. My question why did you only apply some with CSS? Especially on forums, it would slim down your code GREATLY if you removed all presentational markup, and replaced them by adding classes to the elements and then using CSS. It just makes sense.

You really should consider a new domain name, though. W3T.org is only one character away from W3C.org (obviously).
