Sending SMS from a web page

I am wondering how to put up an Form in a web page to send SMSs to Mobile Phones.

Are there any companies provide such service ?
I've found 1 = www.email2sms.ru : But they are not operting in my country.

So, If anyone know how to do so, Please let me know.

You can't do it with just a page, you have to have server side SMS support.

It'd be pretty costly too wouldn't it? Whatever charge per message or a quaterly fee etc.

CBFsms.com seems to manage to do it pretty well. How much are we talking for backend costs?
