parsing html table to acces db

Hello all,

I'm trying to figure out how to take an external website, grab a table off of it and enter the info into an access dB. I need help getting and parseing the data from the site. Once I have it, I'll have no prob figuring out updating or inserting into the dB.

Any sugestions?
