This is intended to become a site for all things Computers, Software reviews - Hardware Reveiws, Security, Virus Updates, Chatroom (I know its one of those annoying clicky ones but please come on im trying!), Forum, Messaging system, and More all designed from scratch using ASP

All feedback will be greatly appreciated (positive/negative) just be honest! At the end of it all i want this to be a website for people who like computers!

Well, first of all, why are you only using CSS for some colours? CSS is meant to handle all styles of the page, not tables, <img/>s, and the background attribute (CSS' should be used in stead).

how can an intranet be externally hosted? that would be an externet, also u have all this space on the side what for blank space?
