I have a flash movie clip, which I want to add as a splash screen movie but I need to add a link to it so that users will click on the movie clip and be taken to another website.

Can anyone help and give me step by step instructions on how to add a link to the flash movie?

Flash file is an independent object on web page. Thus, you must add this kinda action only within the program used for generate that SWF file (Flash, Swish...) and, by sure, you need the genuine variant file of that file (for instannce, the SWI file, if your SWF was made with Swish program).
