Guestbook on my laptop

Hi folks
I wonder if someone can tell me how to have a guestbook on my laptop. Let me make it simple, I know how to make a guest book html template but instead of being uploaded onto a website, i want it on my laptop, where my friends can sign on the guestbook and when click "submit", i want the content to be printed on either another html file or a txt file ... if possible, make all guestbook inpouts posted on one file.
Please help ... I am having a project tomorrow and I will pass my laptop around to allow people input thier comments about my project ...

Thanks! No.. All i need is to have it on my laptop. It's not accessable from the internet. You're right, i will pass my laptop to my friends to sign on the guestbook then thier notes are printed on laptop harddrive ...

Thanks .... I knew that i can use the Notepad ...
But it would be more professional to have it as a guestbook..
