I’m not really a fan of the “splash page” — just adding the number of times I have to click before I get to your content. Also, the relying on JS and opening a new window? Not a very good idea; 1 in 10 users don’t have JS enabled, and I bet even more have popup blockers. After the window opened, all I saw was a big white “get plugin” square.

No Doctype, table based layout, etc.. The Flash page took a long time to fully load for me, so the site isn't excatly dial up friendly. The very bottom of your pop up window cuts off the page.

Well I bookmarked it. Have to say, the popups need to be bigger. I had to resize the window each time to get a proper view of the web sites.

The good points of your design:
- A lot of white space provides good contrast between the black text and the background.

- Simple.

Some bad points:
- Like Spufi said, your layout is table based, thus, it's not up to standards with W3C. There's a difference between real professionals that live up to the definition of web development and wannabes that blatantly fill the web with unsemantic, unstandardized, and inaccessible code. The ones that create accessible websites with semantic structural mark-up will definitely prove businesses that they are far more reliable and that they are dedicated to their career path. Not only would the web developer have an affinity for efficient code, but they'll also have the natural motivation to push web standards to new levels and to fight for those who are disabled.

The web is for everyone. It's our freedom. Let's keep it accessible to everyone.

You can have a W3C valid website that uses a table based layout. Will it be sematic? No, but it can be valid.
