I like the layout, but try to get away from using frames....site looks good in firefox and IE....this is a good thing.
tables arnt a good idea for layout with this one, i would use css to save bandwidth and the loading time etc.
change the font.
use css, i dont no how to explain it easier. go to www.w3schools.com and click on css tutorials. =) verynice stuff.
everything can be orginised into divs
eg the diy section could be a seperate div
so you would have in your code
<DIV> then the class etc
navagation codes, like the link here
</DIV>
thats the end of it
and then once you have that done you go into css and u just change one file and your whole site changes :) and aslo each file does double with information so u can use external s-s

There's a couple of places where you use Times font where everthing else is in Arial(?). I'd stick with one font throughout (or be very consistent, like serif fonts for BIG titles and sans serfif for general text).
Why not use flash for the changing photos in the middle, then you can fade more gracefully between pictures. If you stick to animated gif, at least slow the change rate down, it's a bit unsettling - you're selling bathrooms (for relaxtion) not sports cars.
Also, why not line up the central image with the text panels on either side.
Not really sure you need frames at all.

u could use a detect script to see if the user has flash or not if they dont they would c the gif or if they do they would c flash
--'them, they' as the user
