These comments are for all of the websites you've posted:
Use semantic and valid mark-up according to the W3C standards (http://www.w3c.org/).
Almost no links works when javascript is disabled, searchbots will have a hard time indexing your websites.
External CSS and a lot of hardcode standalone style attributes, what's up with that? Place ALL styles in the external CSS file!
Check layout in 800x600 screen resolution and at least IE6 AND Mozilla before attempting to publish the sites.

i agree :) a paid webdesigner should be following his job books or use a program that can do it easily for u like dreamweaver (im a convert) or namo :)
