Hi -
The design's pretty nice but there are a few issues
you might want to look into:
1. Declare a !DOCTYPE prior to your <html> opening tag -
just do a search or check the W3C for more info. about them.
2. Be sure you're enclosing all of your attribute values in
quotes. [bgcolor="#ffcc00" colspan="2"] And include the '#'
for hexadecimal colors.
3. To help you with learning coding, try running your site
pages through an html code validator so you can check for any errors
before posting.

Code aside, I think the overall design is pleasing. I'm not too fond of the header though. That plain text just drains on the rest of the layout. Maybe try creating a good graphic instead. Other then that, good job. :)

dera, you said that the ea games image is not working that is becasue if you look at the like it is not a link to ea it will be a like to a page in the site reviewing ea and news on ea ect. But that is not done. Jick i would make a new logo if my photo shop was working but i need to reinstall it and can't find the disc i put it on. Also can you tell me what time of site i should do next i have done a gaming website and a clan web site, countless forums.

First of all, don't do another site. At least not yet. quality over quantity, you know?
The design is nice, and the colours are well done, but you shouldn't be using tabular layouts and presentational markup. Do you hand-type your code, or do you use a WYSI(N)WYG editor? I'd advise, if you're not already, hand-coding your sites. You really should follow Spufi's advice and go to W3Schools and learn CSS- it should be handling all of your design related needs, not tables and presentational markup and attributes. You may also want to consider reading up on HTML from them too, to learn it better; you seem to have many misconceptions on its purpose.
Coding aside now, the -= =- thing is incredibly tacky, junk it. On a similair note, you need a new header. It does really kill the page. Also, be consistent with your sidebars... this page (http://www.flexibleshout.viperhosting.net/join.html) looks so sloppy on transition. I'm not going to comment any more on that design... it works, I guess, even if it does get old quickly.
In short, make a new header, re-learn HTML and code your site accordingly, learn CSS, and then spiff up your site, using this old design. You're only 13, so you have plenty of time. BTW, please don't use age as an excuse. I'm 14, many members here are 18>= years of age, and another (Daniel T) is even younger than me.
