wow, that looks good. your using flash, which is fine, but maybe consider haveing a non flash site for users that dont have flash installed, but thats your choice. i know sites these days are actually being built completly in flash, which is fine in my opinion. there arnt many people that dont have, or at least cant get flash. i think it looks great. good luck with it!

(1) There's too much background movement. It really distracts the eye. I know it's flash, and it doesn't have to be completely static. YOu could have one or two moving objects. But make it stop.

(2) Between the text font and the lack of a solid background, your text is very, very hard to read. You really need to fix that.

(3) People generally like to be able to read links. Why must the entire button, including text, all white out when you hover over Live Broadcast and Email Us Now! links? Maybe change the font colour so that the text doesn't disappear.

(4) The scroll button to scroll through links? Why? That's very annoying, and not obvious at first. I took me a long while to realize there were more links. Why can't you list them all? Scrolling generally annoys users. The most users want to scroll is down. And that's only once, for a static page. The links should just all be there, no scrolling buttons.

And for the record, I really dislike all flash websites. Especially when in use with frames. Jeeze, talk about dis-usability. No search engine friendliness, and your pages aren't bookmarkable. I would expect that you have a hard time with search engines, they can't get to any site content. It's all flash, and moreover, hidden in frames. *sigh*

well, Flash really gives it alot of edge, much more than you can do with just css. Flash is becoming more and more popular, and there is a tool or something that actually takes out all the text off a flash site and can just show the text without flash, making it easier for search engines. i like this site much better than i would any simple css site. i wouldnt be surprised if css will be the next javascript:p... dont get me wrong tho, CSS is great:p .. only bad part about flash is its size, that and the user may not have flash installed. Flash is what makes websites look like games do:p, with cool moving interfaces and such. as for promotion, start sharing links with otehr sites.

May I make a few sugestions:

1) The text is really hard to read
2) What's the plan for when the counter hits 1000? It won't fit any more :D
3) The scrolling menu is really, really, really confusing for me.

Oh lord.

I can see where you were going with this site, but it has just been overloaded -way- too much.

The first thing about the site is, I don't know where to look. There is so much going on at one time, it hurts my eyes, and the layout isn't the best.

Personally, I'd leave the top right banner, the left navigation bar (maybe change that a little), and the bottom navigation bar. The rest I would consider changing.

The top left banner is passable with the flash, so is the dancing men, but I think there is too much every where else, I'd get rid of alot of it.

I can't say I'm a huge fan of the text either, and the background image has to either been made alot smaller, or got rid off.

In conclusion, a site which in the early stages could have been made alright, has been destroyed by too much flash.

Firstly, nice idea, good feel, right vibe for this audience, and there is some talent there.
Some folks think this was too busy, and I may agree, but a little kabang here, for this audience, may be good, as opposed to the look of say sellmorecrap.com. The flash motion could work, but here it seems a little gratuitous and random, like "hey, look what I can do with Flash". One takes you right off the page, another bugs me as I try to read. Others just take me away from what I'm reading. Make the motion and action more functional. The point of the page is the content, not the animations. Reflect that.
The background image is a nice illustration, and has a good feel, but it is not great as a backdrop for a web page layout. (hint: you don't need to use the entire thing...in fact, you could use very little of it and have much more impact) Find the best part, use that, screen the rest back or axe it.
The text layout needs a lot of help. You made things way too hard on yourself, and it just is too hard to read. If you have a funky page, a clean text layout will provide some nice contrast on the page and greatly enhance readability. You also mixed numerous funky fonts on the site seemingly randomly. Pick one "funky" font, and stick with it. Make the rest a good simple sans serif. (especially the body text) Play with different sizes to create text contrast and establish heirarchies.
Don't be discouraged, I just created a page that was the biggest piece of junk ever made. It happens. This page has potential, the vibe is there, just clean up the text, and graphically pick one or two ideas, and make them strong and forceful, rather than suggest 15 ideas.
Good luck.
