Raw Kuts

I have pretty much finished the layout for this site. Comments on it would be appreciated, but what I am really looking for is some help in choosing a color scheme.
I know of those website that help choose schemes, but I am still having a hard time putting together colors that don't look horrible. I have two main styles, whose names are pretty and pro. The pretty styles are supposed to be warm, and inviting. The pro styles are supposed to be more professional. I made some different color schemes for both of them, and nothing seems to work very well.
If you guys could check these schemes out and comment, I would appreciate it greatly.

http://rawhide.homelinux.org:1280/~rawkus/work/CVRR/gpscenter/themes.html (if the first one doesn't work)
And if you want to look at the css,
http://cvrr.rawkuts.com/css.html
http://rawhide.homelinux.org:1280/~rawkus/work/CVRR/gpscenter/css.html (if the first one doesn't work)
If you want to see the source PHP, I can post it. But there's not much there, just some stuff to change the style sheets based on GET variables.
note: I checked the CSS and XHTML with the W3C Validator, and it passed alright. I have looked at it in firefox (win), ie (win), firefox (linux), konqueror (linux), and opera (linux). It seems to work pretty well in all but opera and ie, with ie being the worst of the bunch. I added some IE only fixes to the internal stylesheet, which are hopefully temporary until I figure out how to get it to render the same everywhere. That, and the one table I use is temporary because I couldn't get it working without it for some reason.
Thanks
EDIT: Oh yea, none of the links work, this is just the layout, I'm not the one designing the content for the page. And I know about the .png transparency issues in IE, I just haven't decided how I am going to work with it. I will probably just pull the transparent .pngs from IE completly.
