this is not a JavaScript forum.Please poset your question in the JavaScript forums...
Personally I think you can not do this with JavaScript, and if we suppose you meant Java instead of JavaScript, I seriously doubt you could do that unless you use a wireless phone providers Gateway for this purpose....(writing a program to send SMS is the least of the problem here)
