About ActionScript

Does anybody know if the program written in Flash (ActionScript) must be compilated by the programmer (like in Java or C++) or it doesn't need it (like in JavaScript). Please answer who knows

No. As far as I know what you type in the ActionScript window will work without any compiling, as long as you get the syntax's right. Also, notice this is a JavaScript forum, not ActionScript.
