Well I think your trying to look too much like Ebay. I think you should come up with your own look. Something unique that will stick out and say "this is the place to come for auctions". Also I think you should get it up to web standards (http://www.w3c.org/) so it can speak to a wider audience. Just my opinion.

looks like an ebay clone as ^^they said, and ebay copys look untrustworthy go original, and diffrent colours urs looks worser then ebays.

Why would a normal user go to your site over a bigger one such as ebay?
Like the others have already said, you need to make something unique, a site which will excite users and make it so they want to come back.
It just looks a little too common, maybe a re-design would be good for it?
