IE Mac vs IE Windows

I have compiled a site in windows and it all looks good in both IE and NN. However, viewing it on a mac, NN looks great, but IE is REAL screwed up. Howcome there is this incompatibility?
What can i do about it?

Becuse IE/Win SUCK, while IE/Mac is actually quite good.

It depends on what you mean when you say your page look good in NN, which version are you refering to?
If it's
NN 4.x -> your page is broken
NN 6+ -> you need to use eg IE/Mac CSS parsing bugs to work around your problems.
