PeOfEo 10-22-2004, 11:29 PM as in roundier letters? Persaonlly I really like arial and verdana. They are both common buy I like them a lot. theuedimaster 10-22-2004, 11:31 PM yeah, "roundier".Thats the word I was looking for. I don't like how the curves can get real pixly some times. Don't know if you know what I mean. PeOfEo 10-22-2004, 11:33 PM All I know is I use anti alias for text on images to keep that from happening. Paul Jr 10-22-2004, 11:35 PM Apart from making the text an image, there isn't much you can do. Users can "smooth" the fonts themselves via their OS (at least I can in XP Home; RC Desktop -> Properties -> Appearance -> Effects) if they wish. theuedimaster 10-22-2004, 11:45 PM Yea, anti-aliasing text in images is something i've done for some time...but going with system text is that much easier to update, and that much easier for accesibility for the user. davidbrent 10-23-2004, 07:40 AM you need to do this on Internet Exploroer but it effects the whole OS for Windows (Not sure the versions covered) http://www.microsoft.com/typography/cleartype/tuner/1.htm theuedimaster 10-23-2004, 10:37 PM thats sweet man :) davidbrent 10-24-2004, 08:53 AM no probs! webdeveloper.com
