Front page layout

Look at my page layout, I need to get some feed back. Only my front page is what I need feedback on, the other pages don't have any spicific layout yet.

Well it is a joke site. So if that is what your asking, then sure. I would gladly apreciate more and more and more and more and more and more and more jokes and flash and images and what ever else you got, send send send. Review review review please it would be very helpful.

Also, I personally found the horizontal blue stripes quite annoying.

plus, it's hard to see the links black on dark green.

oh btw, please don't comment on the layout of my page, i made it before I found out there's a thing called CSS...

seems to have two logos, a horizontal one with a white bg and a vertical one with a black bg. one is probably enough. i'd go for the vertical one, just make it fill the box its in.

bg does kinda stand out a bit, doesn't it. perhaps something a little less disorientating, or something more connected with jokes, humour, laughing, etc.

the menu link of the page on which you are on being red to match the rollover effect of the other links is good, works really well as a "you are here" signpost.

spicific or specific?

the orange text mentions "Choose Submit Humor on the right hand side" but there isn't a right hand side.

could perhaps choose a "funnier" font. something a bit more fitting for a joke web site.

how about some links to other joke sites, sites that sell joke books and practical joke stuff such as whoopy cusions.

did you know that 1st July is international joke day?

amazing_andr3 the problem with your jokes it that there are to many on one page, but there are alot. Um I like your ideas but with your help could you give some suggestions.

Examples:
1. Your background color is bad.
2. Your web page sucks.
3. The colors do not go.

That really doesn't help. If it sucks tell me how to make it better

1. Your background color is bad. Use a red instead
2. Your web page sucks. You could make it better with some reds
3. The colors do not go. Blue would be better text.

Things like that would help me alot, especially the colors since I'm not good with color cordinating.
