I think the design is good. I wouldn't change much at all, I'd probably put a thin black border around it, but thats just a small suggestion.

I think the layout is simple, and the navigation is easy to use. Which is good.

I can see that you're using a stylesheet, but you're still using a lot of tables, and your code doesn't validate either. You should have a look into that at W3C (http://www.w3c.org).

Other than that, good job, I like it :)

Yeah using stylesheet but I don't have to update the site that often
so using auto features doesn't matter that much

The tables well :D

I was just hoping that it worked in all browsers well most of the
popular ones.

using style sheets isnt all about being able to update more. Using a style sheet will also allow your site to load quicker. It is also more accessible to everyone. Those are the two bigger reasons that I can think of. So changing to a full CSS layout would still be beneficial to your site :)

Also, That gray background... please get it away. It burns. And the content could use a bit more treatment... I'll be able to comment more once the code is cleaned up.

The darker blue background looks good. It just works with those colours.
