Section bouncing in opera?

On my site (here's a simple page of it that does it: http://www.strategyplanet.com/populous/links.shtml ), the middle section will sometimes jump down a few hundred pixils and then comes up when I hover over a button on the menu. Anyone ever had this happen?

No, but I've had other strange things happen in Opera, characters gone missing, only half the page re-rendered. I'll confess; I've switched to Firefox.

I looked, but in FF and Opera 7.54, I experienced no jump. What v. are you viewing on?

7.6 P1, I think it happened in older versions too. It doesn't always happen, just in certain situations to do with hovering or clicking on links on the menu.
