Drop Down/Mouse Over Menus

I have a question, how do i create the drop down menu that appears with mouse over? for example, www.microsoft.com on the top right side, you mouse over "All Products" etc and a menu drops down. How do I create that on my own website?

You are going to be looking for a 'top nav' their standard drop down there does not work, well it does but its impossible to align the code has many errors in it and I whould avoid it and go after I top nav drop down. Its definatly going to use dhtml (its possible with java script but like twice as much work). But yea dynamicdrive.com or www.javascriptkit.com , If you find errors post the code and we will help you fix it :D
