Coding: Tables for layout is stupid (http://www.hotdesign.com/seybold/). You also need to work on semantic code; mark up headings with header tags, emphasize with <em> or <strong>, a list of links as a <ul>, and so on. Needs a lot of work.
Usability: The top main nav isn't apparent as navigation, revision is advised. Same goes for sidebar navigation; doesn't appear to be a nav. Good choice of typeface, it allows for a small size while remaining legible.
Content: Not in my language, sorry.
Design: Let me put it this way, it'd be a benefit to webdevelopment were you to code in standards. I like your design very much; it is unique, and attractive. Offbeat, if you will. (Always want to used "if you will" in a sentence... :p) And, come on. That dog just kicks ass. ;)

As Ben said, you navigation needs work. I knew the horiz. part was your nav, but the problem for me was a distinction between the links. You need something to seperate them out.

it was quicker for me to review than to wait for the damn page to load, it probably loads faster locally, but the point of www, is world wide web so get a faster host.
nice pic, bad font the title and the pic dont work
the navagation images look stretched i dont like the colours at all of the page doesnt seem just to work stick to white and stay with it, just put light blue i mean very light blue borders like this(#e6ecf8)#e6ecf8 preview is there if u can c it

Yeah same problem here the site is still loading something...dont know what but its been doing it for near 5minutes now.
The font is ok in my view, just that its not in english so I cant understand it.
Top picture is a bit empty..or is that whats loading?
The navigation colours dont fit in with the rest as its blue. Maybe change the background colour to the silver that you have used in the footer?
The MP3 page where you can download songs..have you permission to do that? coz im sure that would get shut down if you havent.

Looks nice, but it's that same boring old fixed-width-centred-div look that 90% of css-junkies use. (shea, zeldman [personal, ala, happycog, and two of his clients], brill, countless bloggers, etc...)
I've been re-doing my page to try to be a little more fluid/interesting. It's not finished, the footer isn't positioning properly (there's a thread about this), but anyone interested, please take a look (http://testing.uwmike.com/layout.html).
