is it just female operators or can guys do it too?

I am not averse to a gay chatline if it means more money coming in (Im straight) I also know one or 2 ladies that wee looking for a way to do chatlines from their own homes. Whats the deal and what does a webmaster get for referals? I have my own Ltd company so could even advertise for extra operators in the Job Centre too. (The newspapes as well once it is paying off)
