the page is generated with CGI. sadly, i know just a bit more than nothing about CGI. i would recommend a search for CGI scripts (http://www.google.com/search?q=CGI+scripts&sourceid=opera&num=100&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8) and see if you can find something with that.
